After almost 4 decades of struggles, this client came to me with the (seemingly) straight-forward goal of losing weight. However, as often is the case – we dug deeper during our coaching sessions to get to the core of the problem.
Step by step we got closer and meanwhile improved all metrics. As a result he moved from the official weight categorie ‘obese’ to ‘average’, only to continue into ‘fitness’ and ending up in the ‘athlete’ body fat category.
While doing so, he maintained most of his muscle mass and we established new core habits, both of which massively increased his changes of long-term success. Before the program he felt completely out of control of his weight and rated himself a 1 out of 10. Due to the structural approach he now rates his level of weight control at a whopping 8/10, making him confident his new body is here to stay.

I lost around 10 kilos in just a few months and moved from the body category ‘average’ to ‘athletes’. I’ve more than doubled my energy and went from a 3 to a 9/10 in terms of weight control.
I lost almost 10 kilos, while I maintained my muscle mass. My waist circumference is almost 20 cm less, I have more focus, I perform much better at my studies and I feel that I have complete control over my weight.
For 39 years I have wanted to do something about my weight, but it just didn’t work. Now: -21 KG, knowledge level from 3 > 8 and that little voice that says “it’s not going to work” is quiet.
I now live life pain free, I am in shape, feel fitter then ever (never tired any more, yes!) and work more productively and concentrated than I ever have.
After decades of sports experience I felt how ineffective it is for weight loss. I trained hard, not smart. When I reduced my workouts to less than 5 days a week I became chubby, didn’t feel sharp and was always hunting for my next meal.
Then I made changes, failed, learned and saw that there is a better way to stay healthy. I improved my shape, increased my focus and killed my hunger – with less effort. I’m convinced that this helped me boost my career within the biggest e-commerce players in Europe. More importantly, it also made me a better father, spouse, friend and entrepreneur.
Combined with my experience and academic background, I’m honoured to guide clients based on sophisticated models, hard data and the latest research.
There is not a standard approach. For each client a custom approach is developed, that is not only based on their unique data β but also on their preferences and actual results. Some respond better to one approach, some to another.
Weirdly enough many of my clients report back that they would not have started if they knew in advance what their individual approach would look like. However, they’re all glad they trusted the process enough to come to the point where it started to make sense. I believe the main reason for this is that many (elements of) diets have gotten a bad reputation due to poor implementation.
Therefore, consider not to be discouraged when you hear that I work with elements of the ketogenic diet and carnivore diet, while I apply a custom protein balance and carefully balance your mineral levels. It’s about the total package, the smarter application of these individual elements and their customization to your situation.
Despite the fact that most overweight people have several hundreds of thousands (!) of kilocalories of energy in fat reserves on their bodies, they feel hungry even if they stop eating for just a few hours.Β
I believe that this is an interesting piece of data that shows you something is off in your system. Simply put: when your stomach is empty, you’re unable to use your fat reserves to take over the energy supply.Β
Because most people consume a diet that almost entirely consists of carbohydrates, your body unlearns the ability to burn (your own) fat for energy. Even though you were born with this skill.
When you learn how to become metabolically flexible again, you re-learn your body to use your own fat reserves for energy. As a result, eating less – or less frequent – doesn’t make you run out of energy or become hungry. You’ll simply switch energy sources and use your own fat storage as fuel.
The result is a win-win situation, where you’ll feel enough energy – while losing weight at the same time. Too good to be true? The dozens of clients that have experienced this prove this is possible and will confirm you why this is indeed the holy grail of weight loss and a lifetime of control over your weight.
I believe so, because this is what all of my former clients report. I have not only gotten 5 star reviews, I’ve also received a 9/10 on average when I ask about my clients’ perceived value for money at the end of the program.
However, in the end it all depends if you’re willing to invest in a solution that (finally) brings the results on both the short (weight loss) and long term (control over your weight).
No. During our (free) strategy call where we get to know each other, I’ll do my utmost best to convince you NOT to work together. I even call this my ‘anti sales pitch’.Β

If you realize that you’re not ready for it, I fully understand and we shake hands; perhaps to meet up later. Otherwise, we get to work.
No. And not because I think so, but because I ask my clients to give their score on this exact question after they’ve completed it. Most people do expect the program to be challenging in the beginning, but after an initial learning curve they all report that it becomes second nature.
Moreover, clients report that they don’t feel hungry, can eat amazing food, can consume a lot more than they thought and feel high on energy and are really focussed at work while they lose weight.Β
Of course that is always dependent on the amount of weight you want to lose, however, the basic program is 4 months.Β
Here we prepare your mindset, as well as your body for healthy fat loss. You’ll become metabolically flexible and start structurally losing weight.Β
Within this period most people lose around 10 kilos. If you’d like to lose more weight the timeline depends, but it’s not uncommon to reach 20 kilos by 6 months.Β
