We start with a few basics that have proven their effectiveness, but always use data and reality to create a customized model that works for you. If it doesn’t, we course correct – until it does.
Not being at your ideal weight is frustrating. Being unable to control it – and prevent further weight gain – is something my clients unanimously report as a significant problem.
