Coaching

I believe it’s one of the most common traps to jump into action-mode, without a deeper understanding of underlying issues.

Therefore, we will start to pave the road, prepare the car, stack up supplies and get clear on the destination before we start to drive.

This ensures the chance for emergency stops is low, we are prepared if we hit a pothole and are able to drive faster towards a clearer goal.

Weight loss

Here we unleash the power of the WLW Weight Loss Model ©, which combines the latest science, data models, personal preferences and actual progress to give you detailed recommendations on a weekly basis.

The goal is to make your body ‘metabolically flexible’. To do this we apply elements of the ketogenic diet, carnivore diet, balance protein intake and apply an (optional) intermittent fasting or an OMAD strategy.

Clients always underline how easy the program is to do. Progress takes time and dedication, however, with the right approach it doesn’t require being hungry, grumpy, tired or unfocused.

We will gather various data points on both your physical and your mental state with the latest technology and coaching tools. This allows us to create a customized approach, track your progress and make more impact.

We’ll also use the WLW Academy to efficiently learn you which elements make most impact on your health – and why. This greatly helps to make the change stick and shows massive increases in measurable knowledge.

Weight loss preparation

Diets are almost synonymous to the yo-yo effect and a broken metabolism. The reason: poor preparation and outdated knowledge.

To avoid this we will learn your body to get into ketosis, where you learn to use fat for energy. Moreover, we will modify your macro balance to make sure your metabolism is on fire. 

This requires a delicate balance and proper guidance. However, it allows you to lose weight faster, healthier and structurally in the next step.

Balance

After the more controlled weight loss phase we will gradually let your body get used to a different dietary composition. Sure, you can maintain your weight by paying attention the rest of your life to every bite you eat or drink only kale shakes, but I believe ice cream, pizza, sushi and some drinks should be part of life. 

We will establish long-term habits that fit a balanced lifestyle that you – and likely your loved ones – will be happy to maintain for the rest of your life. Moreover, we will reflect on what we have achieved and we will make it visible in numbers.

Have the option
to meet in person

Nothing beats a personal meeting (besides not being able to have one). Therefore, I do offer this as an extra if location allows for it.

I have many clients that I meet in and around the area of Amsterdam (where I’m based) that come from i.e. Utrecht, the Hague and Rotterdam.

Normally, this would be for the first few sessions, after which we switch to the digital variant. As this also coincides with the program becoming more ‘practical’ when we progress.
