If you decide to do so, you will get the option to continue on the flexible monthly option (for a slight premium as indicated) or maintain the same lower monthly rate by locking in a 5 month period with a 1-time payment. In turn, if you decide that it’s not your cup of tea, there is no automatic prolongation or small letters.
After you submit the form below you’ll receive an email with a the 3 required steps to optimally prepare. When you’ve made these preparations, you can press a big purple button in that same email . This not only starts your actual program, but also marks the start of the invoicing period. Do note that you have a full month to do so, otherwise the terms starts either way.

Yes, but not many. In order to have data driven insights, you need [ drum roll ]: data. Therefore, the requirements are a weighing scale that measures body fat percentage (BMI is not needed), a simple tape measure (to track your hip/waist circumference) and a box of Ketostick (approx €10/ $15).
If you (or your company) are located in the EU, I’m obliged to charge 21% VAT. If you’re residing outside of the EU you’re invoice will be VAT excluded and/or reverse-charged.
Do note that if you select that you’re not a EU citizen (and therefore get the price without VAT), but are a resident nonetheless, the tax authorities oblige me to invoice you the remainder.
If you’re either a consumer or if your company is incorporated in the Netherlands you legally bound to pay VAT (which is added on top of the price).
If your company is registered in the EU with a valid VAT number, you’ll receive an invoice without VAT, but the invoice will indicate that it is ‘reverse charged’ (standard practice).
If you’re residing/registered outside of the EU (either as a person or company) you don’t need to pay VAT and it will not be required to pay and the invoice will also show it to be 0%.
Yes, you will receive an official invoice.
Moreover, all of my clients who wanted to were able to use this as a deductible. Naturally, I cannot guarantee this, but as the official invoice will be sent from my (other) company name (‘Human Potential Coaching’) with a generic description (‘coaching’ or ‘consulting’) this works for most.
Do note you’ll be given the option to share more specific company relevant information (i.e. invoice address, VAT numbers, etc) later. Also note that companies outside of the EU will receive an invoice without VAT / reverse charged.
Yes, I will ask you that in a separate message where you can give input on things like company address, cost description preferences (note: only coaching, consulting or specific cost codes are allowed) or invoice email addresses.
