I show them I walk the walk."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This picture is maybe not what it seems. Why?<br>\u274c I do very little cardio (not good, but this is reality)<br>\u274c I go to the gym at best 1.5x per week (goal is at least 2x)<br>\u274c I had many &#8216;gym breaks&#8217; due to external factors (life happens)<br><br>However, with this picture I hope to prove that you don&#8217;t need to excel at any of these to achieve some level of muscle mass and a low body fat percentage. Or at least: you can be the judge.<br><br>Sure as heck not stating that this is my final form and I certainly feel rather uncomfortable to share it publicly, as it&#8217;s not in my nature to do this.<br><br>I simply feel compelled to share this as I believe it underlines that:<br>\u2705 I walk the walk (I do exactly what I teach my clients to do)<br>\u2705 It takes little sweat (if done smarter)<br>\u2705 You can eat like a royal (if done smarter)<br><br>If you&#8217;re not happy with your current shape and\/or state: don&#8217;t beat yourself up.
