Ownership<\/strong><\/p>

As a client you are responsible for creating and implementing your decisions, choices, actions and results. I request that you commit to do the work that needs to be done to achieve your goals. I would ask you to create the appropriate time and energy necessary to make this a reality. In return, you can also expect the same from me.<\/p>

I believe an essential element of ownership is that you\u2019re always responsible for scheduling sessions (if applicable) and sharing updates proactively, so you can maximize our time together. If you decide not to do so (or with a delay), the pricing doesn\u2019t automatically change as I reserve my time to be available for a limited number of clients. Also note that if you cannot find a convenient time slot in my agenda, it\u2019s important to proactively let me know so we can figure out other potential options.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Confidentiality & Ethics<\/strong><\/p>

All our communication is confidential. We do not share sensitive information with third parties. Confidentiality may only be breached if required by law or if there is an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others. As an ICF Certified Coach, I hold myself to their code of ethics (viewable on the ICF website).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Practical requirements<\/strong><\/p>

In order to have data-driven insights, you need data. Therefore, the requirements are a weighing scale that measures body fat percentage (BMI is not needed), a simple tape measure (to track your hip\/waist circumference), and a box of Ketostick (approx \u20ac10\/ $15). Without these, you\u2019ll be unable to track your progress and make the program virtually useless.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I am not a licensed doctor, dietitian, therapist, or healthcare professional. My services provide general guidance on nutrition, exercise, and wellness and are not medical, therapeutic, or dietary prescriptions. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. Before following any recommendations in these fields, you must consult a licensed healthcare provider to ensure safety and appropriateness. You assume all risks associated with my recommendations and acknowledge that I do not guarantee the safety or efficacy of supplements. Payment, VAT & Currency<\/strong><\/p>

Statement Descriptor: Charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear under the name HUMANPOTENTIALCOACHING.<\/p>

Invoice Service Descriptions: To facilitate professional reimbursement, all invoices will use one of the following professional line items: “Personal Coaching: Program” (or Monthly Plan), “Solo Coaching: Program” (or Monthly Plan), or “Group Coaching: Program” (or Monthly Plan).<\/p>

VAT: The invoice will include VAT for EU clients and exclude VAT for non-EU clients. These descriptions and the company name (Human Potential Coaching) are designed to assist with professional tax deductibility.<\/p>

Currency: Payments are processed in either Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD) as selected at checkout. While we provide fixed pricing for both currencies, your bank may apply its own independent international transaction or conversion fees.<\/p>

Custom Accounting Details: If your accounting department requires specific internal references (e.g., a Budget Code or PO Number), please ensure these are entered into the ‘Business Name’ or ‘Tax ID’ fields during checkout.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Auto-renewals & Commitments<\/strong><\/p>

Coaching: Programs (6-Month Fixed): By selecting a monthly payment option for a 6-month program, you are committing to a fixed 6-month term. These monthly payments are obligatory installments of the total program cost and cannot be canceled before the 6-month period is complete.<\/p>

Coaching: Monthly Plans: These are subscription-based services that auto-renew monthly. You can stop the invoicing at any time; however, to prevent the next scheduled charge, you must provide notice at least 7 days prior to your renewal date.<\/p>

3-Month Bundles: Any multi-month bundle purchased as a single ‘one-off’ payment is for a fixed term and does not auto-renew.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Errors<\/strong><\/p>

Mistakes can be made when selling products online. Therefore, I do not guarantee everything is perfect and hold the right to cancel orders when I deem something went wrong. Examples include checkouts processed with faulty pricing or incorrect VAT status.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
